Knowledge Exchange Forum

Do you want to connect with health care providers, consumers, family members, caregivers, educators, policy makers, and other key stakeholders who share an interest in interprofessional education and collaborative mental health care?

Our objective is to help you identify interested colleagues from across Canada and internationally, and to help you engage in activities that will further your collaborative efforts. Once the knowledge exchange community begins to grow, we anticipate being able to link members of the community based on self-identified areas of interest. For example, consider the following questions:

1. Do you need to locate an expert who could give a presentation on a topic related to “The benefits of interprofessional education”?
   
2. Are you looking for someone who could help you develop or implement an evaluation tool to assess the effectiveness of your collaborative mental health care program?
   
3. Have you developed a tool or a resource that others would benefit from knowing about?
   
4. Are you providing a continuing education program that others might want to participate in?

This community will also serve as our contact database for this project. If you join, you will receive: our monthly “News Brief” and other important information related to interprofessional education and collaborative mental health care.
